Joel Gordon to Lead Discussion of Year in Tech at Launch Pad
Joel Gordon will lead a discussion of the past year in science and technology, and where tech is headed, as the Arkansas Regional Innovation Hub kicks off its Hub-UB speaker series for 2015.
Gordon, director of the Hub's Launch Pad maker space, will lead a panel of science and tech experts on Wednesday, Jan. 15, beginning at 6 p.m. from the Hub's newly renovated Argenta Innovation Center at 201 East Broadway in downtown North Little Rock.
The Argenta Innovation Center now houses three of its planned four components: The Launch Pad; the STEAM Room, a STEM-based classroom and lab space; and the Art Connection, where entrepreneurship meets the arts. The Silver Mine co-working space is on its way.
The Hub-UB series is free, held the second Wednesday of each month, and open to the public.
