HARK Aims to Record Central Arkansas Entrepreneurial Conversations

February 17, 2015

HARK is a new entrepreneurial video series launched by Tim Freeman, Nicholas Norfolk and friends that aims to record conversations from central Arkansas' techpreneur movers and shakers.

Here's a recount of how HARK was born from Todd Jones of The Arkansas Scene, who was there when the idea was hatched.

...At that point, the idea for a video series was born. Tim and Nicholas set up a meeting with the owner of Mugs Cafe and by the end of the week, he had a proposal in hand for an idea to video record conversations with some of the movers and shakers in entrepreneurship in Central Arkansas...

...Freeman and Norfolk along with Lukas Deem and and Ryan Guinee have put in motion an idea that will be a source of inspiration and knowledge for inspiring entrepreneurs, current entrepreneurs and various startups Arkansas. HARK was launched a couple of weeks ago and the video podcast is already gaining ground.

HARK has produced a video conversation in each of the last three weeks, the most recent between David Moody, Stacy Bowers and Dani Folk at Few.

More from Todd:

It gets better. HARK is going on the road. They will be in Northwest Arkansas in a couple of weeks, and Freeman hopes that they will do regular episodes in other parts of the state as well.

Good stuff. Stay tuned.
