G60 Returning to Rogers as Part of NWA Business Expo

Speaking of IA's G60 pitch contest, it  returns to Rogers on Tuesday, Aug. 11, as part of the annual NWA Business Expo from the John Q. Hammons Convention Center .

The Rogers-Lowell Chamber and Startup Junkie are joining IA to bring G60 back to NWA. It'll run from noon to 1:30 on Aug. 11 as part of the bigger expo, which runs all day. More on the expo here, and more on this latest G60 Rogers, including registration, here

The NWA Business Expo is excited to host the G60 Pitch Contest this year!!

The G60 Pitch Contest is an event created to promote startups, improve contestants' communication skills, and to increase "creative collisions" in emerging entrepreneurial ecosystems.

Come sling your story and seize some startup glory in 60 seconds or less.
Attendees: Open to anyone! Bring your friends, family, and business colleagues..sign up here!

Contestants: Open to Entrepreneurs and Aspiring Entrepreneurs.

Contestant Rules: No slides. No notes. Only one contestant can speak per pitch. A contestant can only pitch one time during the event.

Attendees will be angel investors, business leaders, community supporters, entrepreneurs, and anyone looking to have a great time!!

PRIZES!!!! Two $1000 prizes will be given. One $1000 prize will be awarded by audience vote as the People's Choice. The second $1000 prize will be awarded by the judges' vote.

Featuring local entrepreneur guest judges including John James and Bill Sussman!

The pitches involving exporting are eligible to win a free 1-year membership to the world trade center, courtesy of the Arkansas World Trade Center.

Deadline for contestants to register is August 10 at 2pm.
