College Road Trips the Mom-and-Dad Preferred Way

June 17, 2009

A couple of entrepreneurs in Florida have come up with a great idea that allows prospective college students -- and presumably, their parents -- to take a virtual tour of any major college campus in the country.

Currently, shoppers can go to YOUniversityTV.com and, besides watching a guy call the Hogs while sitting down (at least stand up, dude), take virtual tours of the following Arkansas universities: University of Arkansas, Fayetteville; Arkansas Tech in Russellville; John Brown, Siloam Springs; UCA in Conway; UALR, and Henderson State in Arkadelphia.

More schools will be available, and the site is completely free. So, then, how do these guys make money? They tell Fox News below.

Or, for those "responsible" high-school seniors, there's always the option of taking a weekend trip to stay with an older sibling or friend at the fraternity house.
