The Week Ahead: G60, Hub-UB, 1 Million Cups
The Arkansas entrepreneurial deep fryer is full of golden nuggets as summer looks ahead to fall.
Some of the bigger nuggets for the week ahead:
- G60 Rogers rolls Tuesday at the NWA Business Expo. Still time to register for this free, "Shark Tank-meets-American Idol" inspired event, which, really, has become a staple of the state's startup ecosystem. Register here.
- The weekly 1 Million Cups at the Little Rock Chamber goes down Wednesday at 9 a.m. This week, 1MC welcomes Launch Retreat (more on it here) and Polis Design. BONUS: Here's coverage of last week's 1MC with MxF and Panda Laundry from Nicholas Norfolk at the Arkansas Scene.
- The Arkansas Regional Innovation Hub's monthly Hub-UB series returns Wednesday at 6 p.m. at the Argenta Branch Library. Launch Pad director Joel Gordon will lead a Q-and-A on drone technology. It's gonna be good, folks. Here's more from Joel himself.
And, of course, coming up soon are the AVC's Pitch IT, Code IT and Build IT events, Made by Few, Little Rock Startup Weekend, Little Rock Tech Fest, Demo Day in Memphis, and much more.
